Virtual Psychiatric Care via Telehealth for Arizona and Montana
You don't have to carry it alone. I'm Amanda Blassl, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing compassionate, evaluation and medication management for anxiety, trauma, and burnout.
My Approach
My approach starts with getting to know you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and PTSD, OCD, depression and the exhaustion that comes with being a first responder, perfectionist, or people-pleaser who's used to holding it all together. As a double board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I bring both broad medical training and focused psychiatric expertise to every visit.
Your first session is an hour-long evaluation, not a rushed intake. We'll talk through your history, your goals, and what's actually been going on, then build a plan together that might include medication, therapy techniques like CBT or trauma-focused approaches, and coping strategies that fit your real life. I communicate in a warm, affirming way, with clear structure and direction when you need it, so you always know what comes next.
Care happens entirely through telehealth, so you get real depth and attention without leaving home.
Care is billed through Headway, with several in-network plans accepted in Arizona and Montana — see what's covered on the Insurance & Fees page, or check the FAQ if you have questions before booking.

When I'm not practicing or teaching, I'm spending time with my husband, daughters, and two sweet kitties, Ivy and Winter. I love to travel, hike, visit new places, and read books!
